We offer a variety of catering options that we customize to your wants and needs. Some options include:
BBQ Party Packs
Perfect for birthdays, work lunches, tailgates, and family gatherings. Includes your choice of smoked meats, fresh-made sides, buns, pickles, sauces & serving essentials.
Smokehouse Buffet
Ideal for weddings, banquets, large celebrations, and events where you want everything hot and served on-site. Our team sets up, serves, and breaks down — you enjoy the moment.
Boneyard Box
Individual boxed meals for team lunches, school events, festivals, corporate meetings, or on-the-go gatherings. Choose from pulled pork, brisket, smoked chicken, or rib boxes with two sides.
Can I customize my catering order?
All of our catering orders are customized to your wants and needs. We will work with you to cater the appropriate amount of food for your event or gathering. Once you fill out the catering inquiry form, Sir Basil himself will reach out, answer any questions, and customize a menu with prices to fit your event.
Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes! Please call with any questions, and we would be happy to accommodate you. You can also check out our nutritional guide on the menu, which shows allergens.
How far in advance should I book my catering?
We request that all catering orders be made 1 week in advance. For weddings, truck rentals, and larger events, we require 1 month out. Please reach out with any questions or concerns.
