Online Orders
Order Cancellation & REfund Policy
All orders are prepared fresh and made to order. Because of the time, labor, and ingredients involved in smoking and preparing our food, the following policy applies:
- Orders canceled at least 24 hours in advance may be eligible for a refund or credit, minus any non-refundable processing fees.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup or delivery time are non-refundable.
- Same-day cancellations or no-shows are not eligible for refunds or credits.
Catering & Large Orders
- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all catering or large orders.
- Cancellations within 72 hours of the event date are non-refundable.
- Any remaining balance must be paid in full Upon delivery or pickup.
Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances
In the event of severe weather, equipment issues, or circumstances beyond our control, we will communicate promptly and work with you toward the best possible resolution, which may include rescheduling or credit at our discretion.
